Using Linkedin to generate quality leads – How to Increase your sales through effective Linkedin strategy. @ Franky Law

Everyone in business has a Linkedin profile but do you use yours effectively to generate quality leads and increase sales? If not, what’s the point. Let's be honest, the content on your instagram and Facebook is probably a little more interesting. If you are a business owner, Franky can teach you how to follow a clear, concise and proven strategy that will guarantee connection, conversation and quality leads from within your target demographic.

A little bit about Franky:

Franky is the director of FLL Construction Leads services, who focus on offering an off the shelf, Linkedin based, mass lead generation product to construction based companies.

This service offers customers the opportunity to outsource their Linkedin efforts as these managed accounts are used to generate up to 500 new connections per month, from a set demographic and be targeted with pre designed messages.

Although the businesses focus’ on construction based leads, FLLCLS frequently work with products and services from a wide variety of industries and Franky is offering the opportunity of being taught how to execute a similar strategy yourself, for your own business.

Visit the FLLCLS website www.fllcls.co.uk for more information.

2.30pm – 4pm Workshop

Would you want to work for you? @ Ali Waters @ Jovan Marić

Over the last few years, there’s been a power shift from employer to job seekers. Interviewees are now examining potential employers just as much as employers are assessing them. Candidates have choice and their decision to accept an offer is often based entirely on their experience during the recruitment process. If we want to grow our teams and surround ourselves with great people, we have to try new ways to attract talent and ensure each individual receives a positive candidate experience at each stage, whether they are offered a job or not. We can start engaging them before we’ve even posted a job advertisement by promoting ourselves as an employer of choice and by having a friendly and engaging recruitment process.

During this workshop we will discuss the following:

  • Are you on the radar of great candidates, or under it?
  • Does your website sell you as an employer? Would you want to work for you?
  • Do you have a warm, engaging and structured recruitment process?

Ali will be joined by Jovan Marić, who will be presenting a 30minute talk on how ‘Talent acquisition isn’t an HR problem, it’s a marketing problem’ In this talk Jovan will talk about talent acquisition (marketing to potential new recruits) as being a parallel marketing strategy to your business marketing (marketing to your potential clients).

Ali and Jovan both talk about acquiring talent but from different angles, so they are the perfect duo!

Find out more about both Ali Waters and Jovan Marić below.

A little bit about Ali:

Growing companies want to recruit brilliant people to help shape their future. We help to develop your brand as an employer of choice and your in house recruitment skills. This means training you to use a professional, robust recruitment process that accurately assesses all candidates thoroughly, fairly and consistently and helps you to make the right decisions about who you bring into your business.

We show you ways to get on the radar of potential great new recruits without the expense of agencies, and how to use an attractive, engaging range of interviews and job related tasks. Candidates will have a great experience with you whether or not they are offered the job, which will enhance your brand.

Try us out by booking a free recruitment clinic. We'll cast fresh eyes to your current recruitment process, if you have one, and suggest ways you could save time and money. Honesty is one of our core values, so if we think you’re already doing everything brilliantly, we’ll say so.

A little bit about Jovan:

Jovan is the managing director at Square Daisy.

Square Daisy a boutique digital agency specialising in Video Production and Web Development. Their aim is not to produce a website or video, but to deliver great leads or engagements using them as the tool to achieve that outcome.

Their video production capabilities include live action, motion graphics, animation, stop-motion, chromakey (green screen), live streaming and live events. These capabilities allow them to deliver corporate promo, animated explainer, training, pitch and product videos across a broad range of industries and sectors. The entire process is managed internally with no element outsourced apart from voiceover recording, ensuring they retain control at all times and deliver an exceptional outcome.

Their web development capabilities focus mainly around the design and build of 'brochure' websites, but also include delivering e-learning platforms, e-commerce sites and SaaS products. They handle all aspects of project planning and management, wire-framing, design, development, testing and maintenance in-house, with no element outsourced ensuring that they retain control of all the moving parts.

In addition to Square Daisy, Jovan is co-founder and CEO of Element Twenty, a SaaS start-up which helps micro and small businesses set up a new venture, guiding them through modules to educate and prepare them for the world of business ownership. The platform MVP has been built and is awaiting funding which will see a December 2019 launch of the platform.

Jovan is passionate about digital communications and technology platforms and how they can be used in innovative ways to solve practical challenges that exist in the workplace. An area of particular expertise and enthusiasm is that of talent acquisition - combining years of HR experience and the application of digital marketing tools to help businesses understand the motivations of the 2020 employee and curate a message that positions them as an employer of choice in a competitive marketplace.
